The hat is a 2-3 year old building in east village. It’s central enough to get around downtown but far enough east that you don’t have to deal with all the activity that comes with more central locations downtown. Central beltline is a 20 minute walk, inglewood is a 10 minute walk, And even eau Claire market/princess island park is a 7 minute bike along the river path.

Superstore is a two minute walk away!

The unit is also all windows and sw facing so it gets sun all day. There is a sizeable balcony and the available room has a window facing the beau building. There’s a lot more positive things I can say about it but you can ask if you want to know more !!
