Two rooms available for rent in Kanata, ideal for working from home professional. The townhouse is very centrally located in Katimavik, close to the 417, walkable to grocery stores and parks, and has A/C. The rest of the house is fully furnished and available for your use as well, but the rooms are unfurnished. One room can be an office if you work from home.

The pictures of the rooms are marked bedroom one and two respectively. Bedroom two is smaller than bedroom one and would be the ideal office.

Main bath pictured with a shower is yours however I would use it to shower. Master bedroom, which I occupy, has it’s own half bath. Main floor has a powder room.

One 30 to 40 min bus ride to Algonquin.

I’m looking for someone who can provide first and lasts month rent, references personal and professional, credit check and a possible background check.

Garage parking available in winter. Snow clearing is shared between us.

I’m quiet, work full time, no kids, non cigarette smoker and looking for the same.

I’m a bubbly talkative person for the most part, but I also work in a customer facing job so most of the time I just want to chill when I’m at home. I am friendly however and will make conversation when home.
