One room available for rent in Kanata. The townhouse is very centrally located in Katimavik, close to the 417, walkable to grocery stores and parks, and has A/C. The rest of the house is fully furnished and available for your use as well, but the room is unfurnished.

One 30 to 40 min bus ride to Algonquin.

I’m looking for someone who can provide first and lasts month rent, references personal and professional, credit check and a possible background check.

Preferably someone without a vehicle as the other roommate already parks in the driveway, but there is room for another vehicle.

All occupants are quiet, work full time, no kids, non cigarette smoker and looking for the same. No pets live in the home, but family and friend’s cats and dogs do occasionally visit and stay. But no one with pets please.

I’m a bubbly talkative person for the most part, but I also work in a customer facing job from home, so most of the time I just want to chill and relax. I am friendly however and will make conversation. The other roommate is a French teacher and is more of less the same as myself as listed above.
