Cute townhouse right near QEW and Winona Crossing so you can get everything you need easily! You will need to drive as there is no transit.

There is a garage for storage so if you have a motorcycle or bicycle or whatever…- no problem!

Laundry facilities on on the 2nd floor but freely available to you.

2 women living in very spacious townhouse. One would be across the hall from you with her own private space and bathroom. You would have the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and an ensuite private bathroom with standup shower.

There is a backyard, a good size deck with a BBQ. Good size kitchen with gas stove. you will have your own cupboard space made available and I will be getting a second fridge :)

We have pets, a dog and 2 cats that are NOT allowed in your private space. You can have a cat as long as it is spayed or neurtered (I will verify trust me) and it will live in your space. If the cats are agreeable, your cat can eventually roam the house free.
