I have a room available for rent, that can be fully furnished if you would like. You will have your own bathroom, unattached to the room, and the only time it would be shared is if there are visitors. The space is beautiful, about a year old, with a living and dining room, 75“ TV with surround. I am meticulous about cleanliness and tidiness. The neighborhood is beautiful, with great places to walk and be outside. It’s about 20 to 25 minutes to downtown by car, 45 minutes to the mountains. I have a puppy. I am okay with another small dog joining us, and would love to share dog watching duties. Length of stay is flexible.

I’m separated a recently, almost 50 year old guy. I work in the tech field, mostly from home, and a lot more since I got the puppy. I love to cook, and mostly the food turns out pretty delicious.
