About the room; All utilities and internet included. Fully furnished with a Queen size bed, wardrobe, 1 big window, desk, chair, 1 mirror and. It is a 3bedroom on a quite westend Halifax neighborhood. No parties or smoking on premises. The common space is pretty ample and nice. The room is relatively small and the sound insulation is not great but we are pretty quiet and sleep early.

About the place: The whole place was just renovated in October with plenty of storage room in the basement. We usually keep the place warm in the winter.

75inch screen. 2 Recliner Couches.

There is a backyard where you can sit outdoors in privacy.

We separate our garbage and organics and expect you to do so as well. The place is clean and has no hygiene or infestation problems, etc. and we expect everyone to keep it clean.

Easygoing, hardworking and friendly.

I have a 5 semester experience hosting exchange students. So far 3 from Germany, 1 from France, 1 from Denmark and one from Norway.
