The room is located on the upper level. This room has been freshly painted, has a double bed, desk and personal fridge and would share a bathroom with two other roommates (male & female). For additional storage there are shelves in the basement and for larger grocery items a chest freezer and kitchen fridge available to use. Rent includes, internet, utilities, bi-weekly housekeeping, landscaping/snow removal and use of common areas. Kitchen and laundry (not coin operated) are shared. Parking is available for an additional cost. Single occupancy only. In-person and/or virtual tours are available.

All roomies are students from uOttawa in different programs. All that are moving out have lived in this home for 2 years or more. Great group of people that all got along. Looking forward to having the same roommate experience with the additional of a new roomie!
