Located a 5 minute walk to the University of Ottawa, this property has been updated with a new kitchen, floors and bathrooms. The primary room is located on the upper level. This room has been freshly painted, has a queen bed, private balcony, desk and personal fridge. This room would share a bathroom with two other roommates. For additional storage there are shelves in the basement and for larger grocery items a chest freezer and kitchen fridge available to use. Rent includes, internet, utilities, bi-weekly housekeeping, landscaping/snow removal and use of common areas. Kitchen and laundry (not coin operated) are shared. Parking is available for an additional cost. Single occupancy only. In-person and/or virtual tours are available.

About the roomies

All roomies are students from uOttawa in different programs. Great group of people that all got along. Looking forward to having the same roommate experience with the additional of a new roomie!
