Hi, My name is Arevik and I am a 27 year old female who is also the owner of this lovely home. I am looking for a female to share the main level with my current female tenant.

More information: Accommodations: A detached house in the quiet SW community of Braeside. Accommodations include a private room (not furnished) and common areas (fully furnished). My home offers a large kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances, an open-concept dining room featuring a large window that brings in natural light, freshly painted walls, and hardwood floors.

Amenities include free parking, free laundry, access to the deck, and a large backyard equipped with a fireplace, perfect for hosting bonfires. Utilities and wifi are not included in the monthly rate.

There is curranty a female tenant who rents one of the 2 private rooms on the main level of the house. She is in her early 30s, has a small dog (quite, and kennel trained) and is friendly, respectful and accommodating.
