Victoria's room

Hello! I am 31 years old and I own my own 3 bedroom character home near the Lethbridge Hospital. The neighbourhood is quiet, full of trees and birds, and kind neighbours. Walkable to downtown, grocery store, Henderson Lake, biking trails. I currently live alone, but am considering renting out one room or the basement to the right fit. I would prefer someone around my age who has lived on their own before, is responsible, and not going to be partying.

I work out of the house 730am-530pm and am usually pretty quiet and relaxed when at home. LGBTQ+ friendly. Must love cats (I have 3). Looking forward to meeting the right fit!
