Amy's room

We live in a bungalow in a mature part of Sundance. Just a five minute walk to Fish Creek and on the same street as the private lake/lake house that we can arrange that you have access to!

Spacious basement bedroom with queen bed and your own beautiful private bathroom with heated marble floors.

The front yard is east facing and gets the morning sun. The west facing fully finished backyard gets evening sun and is the perfect place to BBQ and unwind.

We take pride in our home and always keep it clean and tidy. However, we just recently moved (March 2022) and continue to update things to make the space more comfortable.

We have had roommates and AirBNB’d out rooms in our other homes in the past. We have also been on the roommate end a few times as well so we understand both ends. We believe transparency and communication are key to a healthy roommate relationship.

I am a nurse who works on rotation in the NWT and Mark works in the recreation field here in Calgary. We are both very active people and spend a lot of time in the mountains. We do have a cat named Xander who is a social butterfly and loves people and other cats. We could consider a roommate with a cat but would have to ensure they get along first! Unfortuanely, we cannot accomidate dogs.
