Mayland heights is close to downtown/bridgeland paths and 16th ave. It is a 2 kilometre walk or bike to max bell c train station, with local Walmarts, malls and grocery stores near by. This is a smoke free home. Looking to rent out one of the basement rooms to a cool human! The room has a double door closet and room for a queen or king bed. I am a 32 year old female who works in the medical field. I work shift work, and go camping or hiking most weekends. Non smoker, enjoyer of true crime and lover of all animals.
