This may be a little unusual but it could work! The room is a small den off the hallway in a one br condo. It is separated from the hall by a large wardrobe which provides closet space for the room as well as affording some privacy. Basically a potential roommate would have to be comfortable with only semi privacy. The bed is single size. The bathroom would be shared. A parking space is available in the garage but it would be an extra $100.
