Hello , I am looking to fill the second bedroom in my Two bedroom townhouse. Located in Bowness.

I am looking for someone who can move in for either September or October. You will be required to sign a one year lease. Rent will be $765 but may fluctuate slightly with utilities. I am looking for someone who is preferably female and around my age (21), who is clean and respectful. No pets will be allowed since I already have a cat

I work full time as a bud-tender at a dispensary. In my free time I like to relax at home with my cat, hang out with friends, go on nature walks , etc. I am a clean and quiet person. I cook from home often because I’m celiac. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
