The BEDROOM and with upgraded new KITCHEN steel appliances recently purchased and fully furnished kitchen has a side dinning space to eat plus it has main family dining space, hardwood floors in entire Home. It includes hydro, air condition, laundry and WiFi included. It is centrally located with 2 minutes walk to subway station, choice of 5 grocery stores, 4 major Banks, gas station, walk in clinics, nail/hair beauty, Bulk Barn, Staples,Dollaram, Shoppers Drugmart, fast food take-out Churches, Burger King, Macdonald, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Church and much more.

WORK from HOME setup provided in the room with office desk/executive chair. Parking not included but could rent from someone in the building.
