It is centrally located with 2 minutes walk to subway station, choice of 5 grocery stores, 4 major Banks, gas station, walk in clinics, nail/hair beauty, Bulk Barn, Staples,Dollaram, Shoppers Drugmart, fast food take-out Churches, Burger King, Macdonald, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Church and much more.

WORK from HOME setup provided in the room with office desk/executive chair. Parking not included but could rent from someone in the building.
