Megan's room

The room is a spacious room in the basement (don’t worry the basement has lots of windows and natural light!) of a 4 bed 3 bath bi-level. The room can be partially furnished if you need. The rest of the house is fully furnished and has multiple common areas. There are plenty of nice walking trails and is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the CTrain station. The lease term is from September 1 - May 1 but we can be a bit flexible on move in date if you need earlier!

We are 3 vet students at the University of Calgary in different years of the program. Two of us are in our final year and are only at the house about 50% of the time. There are up to 3 dogs on the property but because 2 of us aren’t at the house full time, the dogs aren’t always there. They are all super sweet and love people! We have a really friendly home environment and will often have movie or board game nights together.
