Second floor furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom town house. The room is carpeted, has a big window, and a large closet. It is also furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk, and office chair. The house includes water, electricity, heating, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, 2 chest freezers, snow removal, cooking utensils and appliances, and furniture. The University of Calgary is about 20 min away using transit or 12 minutes by car. Crowfoot village for stores and amenities is 5-minutes away by car. There is also an off-leash park nearby which is excellent for walks. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Must be able to tolerate a friendly pet cat named Karl.

A dedicated parking spot, water, electricity, and wifi are all included in the rent! ($25 can be deducted if you don’t have a car or would rather park on the street)

1-year lease rental agreement. Can negotiate to 8 months as well.

I’m studying to be a civil engineer at UofC but I will be on internship this upcoming school year. I am a tidy individual. I play volleyball, squash and I like to go on walks and hikes. I like to cook, bake, take care of my succulent collection, and go out with friends sometimes. I enjoy light gaming, either on my laptop or switch.

The other roommate is my sister and she is currently studying chemistry. She likes photography, swimming, playing board games, and light gaming as well.

We are looking for a responsible, quiet, neat female student or a young professional. Somebody who is friendly and cooperative as well. No smoking, heavy drinking, drugs, super loud music, or house parties are allowed.
