Fellow student will be looking after a large, well appointed walk out bungalow in West Springs. Looking for a roommate to share costs and company. Carpool to campus available, plenty of street parking, great internet, printer and office space also available, full streaming (Netflix, Crave, HBO) and cable package in 2 TV rooms, well appointed gourmet kitchen, plenty of separate entertaining spaces. Workout space with free weights, cardio and yoga mats. Good biking, transit and road connections to campus.

20 year old 2nd year engineering student living in parental home while they travel. Social drinker, no vaping/smoking, working part-time and attending classes. Will do a meet and greet prior to rental.
