Private bedroom, private bathroom, semi private living area and shared laundry. Great outdoor space new kitchen. Very chill relaxing house were happiness, cleanliness, stress free, fun living is a requirement.

I am the only one in a large house. My son will be here whenever possible. I have an old cat very freindly use to a working dayhome in the house. I am quiet non-smoker ( you can outside) relaxed person looking for out going person to live and maybe walk, talk, explore. Im clean, funny, helpful, and respectful and expect the same. Easy and fun are more important then money.
