I’m looking to fill a room (1 person or shared) in a large 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. Located on a quiet street you’re just steps from major grocers, coffee and specialty shops, a large variety of restaurants and public transit. Near the GO with Sheridan College a little farther up the road.

I’m a retired male who is friendly, open-minded, kind-hearted and appreciates life as it comes. I enjoy cooking, learning new things and would love to share my safe and welcoming place with a cheerful, easy-going like-minded person(s).

Please be respectful, social, grounded and responsible about rent and tidiness.

Room will be available June 1st and I would ideally like it rented long-term. Along with an awesome roommate, you also get:
