Beautiful, clean and safe home in Coach Hill with three rooms available for rent, one of which is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (2 sinks, toilet and large shower) and 3 closets, very spacious (can be furnished). The other two rooms both have closets and are furnished with a bed, dresser and study table.

The property has two decks and a backyard fire pit, as well as three common living spaces. The kitchen is large with a lot of storage space. Wifi and utilities are included.

The UofC and Mount Royale are within easy driving distance or bus ride, 1.5km from the 69th street C train station and a ten minute drive from downtown.

Single occupancy per room, no smoking and no pets. Priority will be given to students and professionally employed. The owner is also professionally employed, clean and resides in the basement. A 6-month lease will be required.

Asking $800/month for single room and $1100/month for master. Shared costs for cleaning supplies.

I am an educated, professionally employed male. I will be residing in the basement. I travel for work sporadically and sometimes work from my basement office. I am open to students, professionally employed individuals or those that work away from home. You must be clean, courteous and respectful - the same qualities I have.
