Acreage South East of Pine Lake. Gate and a heated shop to park in in the winter. I have a large bright Bedroom and full bathroom with a shower in the basement available. The room can come furnished, but the bed is only a Twin. The room also has a side table, dresser and a love seat. I have a bi level split so there’s a big window in the room to let in the light. The bathroom is only used by guests right now and I don’t often have guests. The yard is fully treed in, so very private, and I have a fire pit that would love to be used. If we need to increase the internet plan then the extra cost would be covered by the roommate.

30 year old single professional Ag woman. I work from home 3-4 days a week, as a accountant and analyst. I am a bit of a home body, I’m kind and I like to laugh. Cannabis friendly, but any and all smoking is done out side, not in the house. I have chickens who live in the barn, 4 outside cats, and one inside outside dog(German Shep/Belgium Mal/Husky). Stella(puppers) is afraid of hands and does not do well with other dogs as she was attacked as a puppy. The farm cows come in the barnyard once or twice a year for water and my brother in law sometimes works out of my shop so he stops by unannounced every once and a while. My family share the garbage bin as well so they come by to drop off garbage once or twice a week.
