Kelsie's room

Hey there! My place is located just south of memorial and is a short 5 min walk away from 2 different c-train stations with a beautiful view of the downtown skyline from our balcony! The room is unfurnished and has plenty space for a queen size bed, shelves, desk, etc as my last roommate worked from home and had his entire setup in his room. There is a large closet as well! The shared bathroom has a full bathtub and shower and lots of cabinet space. The common areas are fully furnished for the most part with a large kitchen, tall ceilings, and lots of light. We also have insuite laundry. There is a parking pad right outside of our place and lots of street parking. I also have a 4 year old cat named Toast living here :)) Utilities and wifi are split three ways, altogether per month it’s usually between $110 and $170.

I am a 24 year old woman who recently graduated from UofC with a B.Ed and a B.A and am currently working two jobs so I am quite busy. Both of my other roommates are moving out so I am looking for some new people to live with! :) I have already found somebody to move into the master bedroom so I am looking to fill the other room. I’m a pretty quiet individual and not a partier but I am social and do enjoy having a lowkey night with friends with board games, maybe a few drinks, etc. I fully believe in respect and communication within a house when you have roommates and am looking for someone who shares those same values.
