The room is available March 1st.. One of the big homes in Crescentwood, 4000’ sq, It is one of the premiere areas of the city, close to Downtown and bus routes. It is a premium listing at this price, but we are very particular and fit matters. Multiple TV’s, huge dining room / living room / library. Very large private bedroom with furnishings, comfy bed. Lovely back deck / garden. You are responsible, trying to get ahead in life and require a real home to help make that happen.
