Hi there! I am looking for a new roommate (preferably female) to move in to my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom main floor on a quiet street in Shawnessy!

About the property - furnished 3 bedroom main floor with lots of light. The photos of the room available currently has things in but all items will be out of that room ready for you. The room measures roughly 8.5x10 feet with closet and shared bathroom and other communal areas. There is parking at the front of the house (I currently don’t own a car) and shared laundry in the basement with the basement tenants - they’re really nice. Also access to sunny back yard. All utilities included, I do not currently have cable but I have plenty of streaming services that you are welcome to use!

Property is less than 10 minutes walk to LRT station, YMCA gym and Shawnessy shopping centre. Also close to a local park as well as Fish Creek.

About me - I am a 33 year old female who works from home (I will be using the 3rd smallest room as my office) and looking for someone to move in with me. Since I work from home I will be around a lot but like going out with friends when I can! New roommate must love dogs as I will soon be getting a Golden Retriever puppy - they will be around 10 weeks old on the move in date. I am clean and quiet and looking forward to sharing with my space with a new friend :)
