I have a room available for rent starting october 1st in my south side duplex. It is in the cavanagh area and rent is $675a month which includes all utilities as well as it comes with its own bathroom. I am looking for a student or someone working full time. Ideally female (due to past negative experiences with men) but I will consider a male roommate if it seems like a good fit. The room will be pet friendly depending on the pet.
