The bedroom is available from Sunday the 15th January. The apartment is fully furnished. The available bedroom has a built in wardrobe, a dresser, bed, side table for the bed, regular table, two chairs a desk lamp and a bedside lamp. Bedding and towels can be provided if you don’t have your own. If you have your own furniture for the bedroom that’s fine too. The apartment has a perfect Plateau location. The apartment is on a peaceful stretch of Rivard, just around the corner from metro Laurier. There.are many great cafés, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and boutiques just five a five minute walk away on Avenue Mont Royal and St Denis. A super Montreal pied a terre! The living room is huge with a beautiful wood floor. Big sliding door windows, makes for lots of natural light and positive energy in the daytime. There’s lots of artwork, and a grand piano, so the place has lot’s of warmth and charm. The kitchen is well equipped if you are big on cooking.

I’m an easy going roommate, busy with work, and music gigs (I perform in a bunch of different bands). I’m also often socializing outside the apartment.
