Matthew's room

The apartment is in a very central location in Prince Albert next to Kinsmen park. Getting anywhere is quite quick. Cornerstone is about a 7 minute drive. Extremely quiet area I’ve never had a complaint about noise. Apartment is spacious and is nearly completely furnished except for the open room. There is an open parking spot that has an outlet if it is needed. There is no smoking or vaping of any type within the apartment. That is a condition of the rental agreement with the landlords. Animals are conditional and have to be spoken to the landlord about. The rent is $475 water and heat is included. Power is not included, typically is $40-$100 each month in total. Internet and TV is included.

I am the only one living in the two room apartment. I am a mixture of social and quiet. I would say I lean more toward introverted. But I definitely don’t mind interacting with most people. I Enjoy gaming, anime, motorcycles and cooking (slowly learning). I work full time in sales. I don’t drink, do drugs or party. I would like to have a roommate either in school or working.
