Fully private master suite available for rent. Your bedroom comes furnished with a bed, lamp, dresser and extensive closet space. Your private master bath has a shower and long soaker tub. Laundry is in the suite.

Apartment is on high floor in the Crosstown neighbourhood. Close to all transportation and to Waterfront Station. Gastown shopping nearby.

High ceilings, bookshelves filled with novels, poetry and sculpture, fine art on the walls, hardwood floors, galley kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The large living room windows let in lots of light and have views of the North Shore mountains. The apartment has a diverse, museum-worthy art collection.

I am a gay/bisexual male academic, writer and part-time visual artist in my 50s who uses this space as an office and art studio daytimes during the week. I will not be around evenings and weekends as I have a family in another location.

When here I enjoy engaging in conversations with my roomie about culture, books, ideas, visual art and would prefer someone who is comfortable sharing space and intellectual conversations and having the occasional shared meal or drink.
