Apartment is on high floor in the Crosstown neighbourhood. Close to all transportation and to Waterfront Station. Gastown shopping nearby.

High ceilings, bookshelves filled with novels, poetry and sculpture, fine art on the walls, hardwood floors, galley kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The large living room windows let in lots of light and have views of the North Shore mountains. The apartment has a diverse, museum-worthy art collection. Available May 1, 2026.

It’s probably a crazy long shot but also open to the messiness of sharing a room with either gender. Creates lots of complications and mostly works only if you generally have your mental stuff kind of in order…

I am a gay/bisexual male academic, writer and part-time visual artist in my 50s who uses this space as an office and art studio daytimes during the week. I will not be around evenings and weekends as I have a family in another location.

When here I enjoy engaging in conversations with my roomie about culture, books, ideas, visual art and would prefer someone who is comfortable sharing space and intellectual conversations and having the occasional shared meal or drink.
