Hi there, I have a a master bedroom for rent starting on the 1st!

It’s right at the top of the hill on 10th Street in Bridgeland with gorgeous views of downtown, as well as a backyard, fire pit and 3 HUGE decks! One of them south-facing that gets the sun all day.

There are lots of big windows and natural light and plants are very happy here. Total rent would be $1475 with everything included except for internet, which is individually around $40 a month. I have the small room, (which is really quite small) so we would work out how much more it would be for the master; I’m thinking $700 vs. $775 but we can talk about it. The place is the upper part of a duplex - the unit below is rented out separately and has access to the front yard.

I have a kitty, so must be ok with pets and must be queer-friendly. I’m also vegan, and have no issue with those who aren’t of course! It is a 10/15 minute walk to the Bridgeland CTrain station and there are a lot of parks in the area. I also built an amateur garden this summer so there will be veggies and hopefully sunflowers soon!

Renter will also need to be approved by the landlord, and it will be a 1 year lease.

My pronouns are she/her, I have 3 covid vaccinations, and pretty chill to get along with I think! I am an ambivert; sometimes I need some alone decompressing time but also being sociable and hanging out/having some drinks together! I really value open communication and people who are open-minded. Don’t have to be a neat freak but not a slob either!
