This a private room is a shared home. Currently vacant but will be used by one other. You will share the kitchen and bathroom.
Space is clean and quiet. Kitchen has full size fridge and stove, with small eat in area. There is a three piece bathroom with window. Rooms are mid size, all have windows no closets. Space is on the upper floor of a two unit building.
Location is central and well connected. Bike path literally outside the door, 24/7 public transit steps away. Neighbourhood provides shopping, banks and food all within a tem minute walk.
This is a shared space, 12 month lease, singles only, no pets, no smoking, credit checked.
Utilities included, available September 1.
About the roomies
The space is currently vacant. Whomever we choose first will become the general ‘template’ for the other tenant, that is we will try to match gender, age, lifestyle, and other basic characteristics. Space could also be used by three friends at a moderately discounted price per person.
