Medium sized room in quiet Nolan Hill. Right on bus routes and minutes away from gas, grocery multiple restaurants.

Unfortunately the picture still has kids belongings in it but you can be assured the whole room will be steam cleaned and carpet cleaned before the end of September.

Of course you have full access to the house and backyard as well as a say next growing season of what we can plant in the huge garden and greenhouse if you prefer.

Upstairs is a couple in their 40s. For the most part they are quiet. Sometimes they celebrate religious holidays do it can be a little loud 2-3 times a year. Normally it’s shut down at 11pm

I’m Ryan and I would be sharing the space downstairs with you. 40 and recently separated I work days at leopolds tavern. I work early days and am quiet in the mornings. I keep clean enough and drink occasionally. I do smoke but I’m trying to quit. When i smoke its only ever outside.

Your space is important to me. I’m fully aware that some people just want their privacy as I’m also aware a shared space can evolve a social relationship. I’m a chef of 27 years so I’d love to share some delicious experiments with you from time to time. I’m also open to a segregated agreement if that’s what you prefer.

Every once and a while I will have 2 kids staying. It’s not every other weekend or anything like that. I’m their step dad but their actual dad is Hollywood dead beat so I’m going to make sure they have a father figure from time to time 😉

I have a white dog named Tilly. She’s a larger breed (maremma) but is loveable and a princess. It’s a must that you love dogs.

We have the backyard, currently there is a garden growing and I do also enjoy growing microgreens that I would share.
