Room in walkout basement located in quiet Nolan Hill. Right on bus routes and minutes away from gas, grocery store and multiple restaurants.

You will have full access to the house and backyard. I have a female dog (two years old) who is crate trained and in general a very happy pup.

Upstairs is a couple in their 40s. For the most part they are quiet. Sometimes they celebrate religious holidays so it can be a little loud 2-3 times a year. Normally it’s shut down at 11pm

I’m Ryan and I would be sharing the space downstairs with you. 43 years of age, pretty chill and I’m a chef by trade. I keep clean and drink occasionally. I do smoke but I’m trying to quit. When i smoke its only ever outside.

Your privacy is important to me and I understand that some people just want their space. That said, I’m comfortable with the shared space evolving to a more social relationship, and of course company coming over would not be an issue.

I’m a chef of 27 years so I’d love to share some delicious experiments with you from time to time. I’m also open to a segregated agreement if that’s what you prefer.

As for the dog, Molly, is a two year old pitty / terrier cross. She is very shy and anxious when I am not around, but she is great in the crate and very friendly. I would love to have someone here to let her out of the crate on days I’m working 12 hours but of course, you have no obligation to little pups. That being said, if you love dogs and you want to play with her or take here for a stroll, you’re free to do so!

The house is a smart home, all of the lights - other than your bedroom - are connected to it. You can control by voice or the switches. There is a robot mop/vacuum so the floor is always clean. The house is equipped with a humidifier and air purifier in each room and has Central AC and there are also space heaters for winter on smart plugs to dial in whatever preferred temp (if needed) during that time. There is an 80“ tv with Dolby Atmos surround that you are free to use as well as an Xbox series x if that’s your jam. Internet is good enough for us to stream 4k at the same time.

The last roommate was able to fit a queen size bed and a large L-shape desk with her work from home setup, a small entertainment center and a 50“’ tv as well as a recliner (but that made it a little tight). It has a closet and a window that opens.
