Smokers ok, but you must smoke outside only.Ideal for students . Enjoy the scenic Rivervalley with all the walking/ bike trails. Excellent shopping , golfing , tennis , swimming, fitness centers, farmers markets, skating , skiing & all the festivals. Excellent bus service or lots of on street parking. My name is Leslie & I own a 2 story character home in the downtown rivervalley. I rent out my 3 upstairs bedrooms. You might share the up stairs with 2 other. You might also share a bathroom with 1 other if there is another roommate. If not you will have your own bathroom. We all share the rest of the house, Kitchen , laundry etc. This is a very quiet peaceful house, not a party house. We do have a dog & a cat , (very friendly)in case you have allergies.
