Kimiya's room

The apartment is a 2-story apartment with two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom is available for rent. The room is unfurnished, however, the common areas like the bathroom, kitchen and dining room are all furnished. The apartment is within 5-mins walking distance from a bus which goes directly to the university of Calgary. Also, it is 10-minutes walking distance to the c-train. All utilities are included in the rent, including the internet.

I’m your only roommate. I’m a 25-year-old female graduate student studying computer science at UofC. I like reading books, watching TV shows and playing video games. Fellow geeks and nerds are welcome! :)
