This room is one of two rooms in our newly renovated, self contained, clean, furnished basement suite in the very desirable and safe Killarney community.

The tenant in the second room is a quiet female and for her safety and peace of mind, in this shared suite, the advertised room is for one female only.

The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, stove/oven, microwave and a nice toaster oven. Tenants have free use of the washer and dryer located downstairs just outside the suite door. Utilities and Internet are included in the price and there is a new smart TV. Tenants are free to enjoy the nice backyard. There is ample parking on the street and excellent bus routes close by with the nearest route less than two blocks away. Mount Royal University is only a few minutes car drive away. Bus route 9 is a ten minute ride to MRU. Bus route 9 takes you to the U of C in 30 minutes. Same bus route takes you to Foothills Medical Centre in 20 minutes. Bus route 22 can take you downtown fairly quickly.

The room would be excellent for a student or overseas visitor on a working vacation. All you need to bring is your personal effects.

There is a cat living upstairs, however tenants are not allowed to have pets.

Please note that this property is strictly NON smoking, NON cannabis use and NON partying.
