Located in the heart of kits! 7 min walk to the local beach (well kept secret and personally think its the best in the city!)

Safeway outside the door. Steps away from the 99b line, the 2 and the 14 line (be downtown in 15-20mins) Library, walk in clinics, restaurants cafes and gyms all within 4 minutes max)

Super bright and cozy south-facing apartment with stunning natural lighting all day long, but especially gorgeous at sunset (I have photographed multiple clients here it’s that gorgeous)

appartment is on the TOP floor with skylight roofing keeps the place looking nice and bright all year long.

Spacious living room and dining room shared large kitchen and bathroom.

Your Room: Opposite side of the appartment from mine so very private. Fit a double to queen-sized bed handily with a work desk as well as a bedside table and storage.( may recommend a storage bed as well tho, that’s what I’ve done!)

There’s extra storage closet with roof to floor mirror on the door outside your room if you need.

You have a nice skylight that makes the whole place feel tranquil. (me and the current roomie end up in there a lot its that nice) In the summer we usually pop that window open to let a nice flow of air through the house, i can show you how :)

On site laundry 3 washers and dryers, usually empty. Internet, water, electricity and household expenditures all shared through splitwise (app)

While it is furnished we will, unfortunately, lose some of it as the roomie bounces, we can collab on making the space fit our needs when you join though! Theres a salvation army across the road that is a goldmine for finding furniture

My genuine only complaints about the place are that

1. Its ridiculously far from any skateparks (if you’re into skating or roller skating)
2. Every time you check EVO, there’s like a 3km circle around our house of just no cars whatsoever between like 8 am and 4pm.
3. No pets :( trust me I’ve tried!

Hey! my name is Karl I am a 27 year old Irish photographer and videographer, I am a very mindful and warm person and enjoy a drink and a laugh (as an Irish person that’s pretty much the standard) I am a left leaning, an LGBTQ+ ally and an emotionally grounded and introspective therapy advocate. I get along most with creative and nurturing people and especially not toxically masculine inclined or right-leaning ones.

I love to skate, paddleboard and snowboard + points if you do too! Love to play guitar and harmonica (and enjoy jamming if you play) Love to talk creativity, collaborate on projects and play boardgames or d&d (it’s cool now, I swear, stranger things said so)

Most summer nights I head down to the local beach with a guitar a paddleboard and a few beers and jam out with the other locals (always one to be found) and then paddle out to have a drink and watch the sunset (best view in the city IMO, genuinely best part of the appt too)

I’m pretty chill and always down for having a laugh, my roomie (who is leaving) and I, have fostered a very safe and comfortable as well as fun living space together by always openly communicating, showing mutual respect, having a laugh together, and trying to be empathetic towards each other’s needs and situations.

i.e You left a plate out? That’s chill just get it when you can! Need to borrow milk? no problem just get the next carton if you feel like you’ve borrowed a lot You did the bins? cool ill take the washing out of the dishwasher Putting on some coffee? shout out just in case I’d like some, I’ll do the same

That said, we haven’t a real set of concrete rules, nor would I like to live with anyone who is systematic or pedantic like that, Just be chill and kind.
