Convenient location. Just 5 minutes away from both Anderson and Southland Station. Spacious living area. It is technically a 3 bedroom, and I’ve had 3 people here before, but that leaves almost no room for storage and just felt a little too crowded.

I’m an introverted personal trainer so by the end of a day talking to people non-stop I like coming home to a quiet environment to unwind. I do love some good heart to heart chats, but have never been a party person. Would love to have a roommate I can connect with easily, and am happy to hang out occasionally as well. :)

I appreciate tidiness in shared spaces, but am not bothered by what other people’s private space looks like.
