I’m a 50 year older professional whose two daughters are grown and have moved away for university. The space I’m renting would be the basement which has a large furnished bedroom, it’s own full bath and a tv area. It doesn’t have a separate entrance. We would share the main floor kitchen and outdoor space. I have a fenced back yard with firepit and hot tub that you’d be welcome to use. My room is upstairs along with my office where I work 2 days a week. I do have a small, extremely friendly, older dog. I have separate garage and we may be able to fit 2 vehicles in there, if not, parking in front is available for free.

I’m looking for someone quiet and tidy, preferably a student or ft worker or a combination of both. Not looking for someone who parties lots or has many friends over. I like my quiet and own space and hopefully you do also. Because I have an older dog who likes to be the center of attention I wouldn’t consider anyone with their own pets.
