Beautiful spacious apartment, all new appliances, right by armdale routery. Right by chocolate lake. About a 10 minute drive to smu/dal, 30-50 minute bus ride depending on time of day. Patio with bbq. Right across from subway and convenience store. It would be 800 each for a couple, or 1600 for a single.

My boyfriend and I are both super chill and friendly. We’re both both full time students with jobs and are out most of the day (we’re looking for people with similar lifestyles) we are super considerate and respectful of others around us. I spend a lot of my time at home studying and cooking (and I always share :))
