Not a basement. 8-10 min walk to LCBO, grocery stores, banks, fast food chains, superstores, and more. 2 closets, a single bed with mattress, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, and big 6 drawer chest included. Separate full bathroom with standing shower cubicle. 2 full size windows. The room still has space for an office chair and table for working professionals. Laundromat available nearby.
