Hi there I own a 2000 square feet house! I have an extra room I would like to rent out. This rent out room in a up stair. It includes all utilities and internet. Parking on the street . All amenities will be shared. The bedroom has bed and a table. Location is about a 10 minutes by car to university or 5 minutes walk to bus station and close to most of convinience place which has many restaurants, Costco, Superstore, Co-op and Safe way store and many coffee shops, Sorry no pets allow.

My family has my husband and my son who live in this house, both of us are working. My son is stuying in the university. My house has big garden and very quiet place.
