Hello, I am looking to share my house with a roommate. I am renting out the master bedroom, which is large with double closets and a window that faces the street. Room has been freshly painted in a light color. We will share the upstairs bathroom but there is a second bathroom in the basement. There’s a detached garage, if you drive/have a vehicle, as well as a small but tidy backyard. House is close to multiple bus routes, the airport, grocery stores, and is an approximately 20 minute drive to downtown. Rent includes all utilities, as well as internet and laundry. House is pet-friendly - I have two small dogs, and welcome your cat or small to medium sized dog (my dogs are weary of larger dogs). I’m open to either a female or male roommate - just looking for someone who is very clean, respectful, responsible and willing to be friends! ***I’m not asking for a damage deposit or to sign a formal lease. I’m trying to keep things easy going and uncomplicated.
