I’m currently looking for 1 clean, responsible, and friendly roommates to rent out the 3rd bedrooms in this amazing 2 year built townhouse.
The room is unfurnished so you’d be able to decorate it however you like reasonably
Rent is looking to be $800( UNFURNISHED) shared washroom
Heat, water, electricity, cable & internet, washer and dryer are all included in the rent, but there is a fee if goes over
No not garage parking, but there is street or visitors
~Located on the spacious Poplar District Park ~Florence Hallock K-9 School right next door ~Poplar Park Spray Park and Playground steps away accessible ~97 Street business corridor nearby with Sobeys, Canadian Tire, and many local businesses
About the roomies
I am a working female who is an organized and clean person that moved from Toronto, ON 2 years ago and the other roommates are my mom and sister. I’m sure how long they will stay for, so hopefully thats okay
