Home is a bungalow in quite neighbourhood Braeside. There are 3 rooms available, prices vary, $750-$800 depending on room selected, 2.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a private ensuite. Two large living rooms, one on each floor. Plenty of closets and under stairs storage. Laundry room in basement. Large kitchen and dinner room. Big backyard with upper deck, garage and basement entrance. Beautiful forest across the street. Close to south land leisure centre, Co-op, yoga studio, second cup, shoppers. 10 minute walk to yellow bus line which stops at Rocky view hospital, MRU then goes directly down town. Also south Glendmore park and fish creek park bebo grove entrance is near! Utilities will be split.

I’m an young female adult moved from my parents home, I’m currently on my second year off from high school. I spend my time working at a local cafe, yoga studio and cleaning homes. I absolutely love the outdoors so very happy about fish-creek being so close by. People have often described me as kind, welcoming and one to go above and beyond.
