Gorgeous, light filled, large bedroom on second floor of beautifully renovated home. Fully furnished, king bed, mattress & linens. Lots of built in storage. Ensuite powder room off of bedroom plus private use of full 4 piece bathroom. 1 km to transit and close to major thoroughfares. Parking available. Sharing kitchen (with all equipment) cleaning tools, and laundry, etc. Truly beautiful, modern and clean.

I am a healthcare professional. Have had room-mates in the past, and good with balance of privacy and socialization. One little, aging puppy who just curls up and sleeps. Open for short term, but prefer long term rental.
