The suite is a two-bed, one-bath in a residential area, close to schools, grocery stores, bus stops, and a hospital. The apartment also has in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, and A/C, as well as a wall of almost floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room/dining room space. There are wood floors in the common areas, tile in the closet/laundry area, as well as the bathroom, and light beige carpeting in the bedrooms.

Two parking spots are allotted, as well. The building has a sauna, a “gym“ (two workout machines), a common area, and a patio area with a barbecue.

Regarding bills, hydro and internet are the only things needing to be paid for outside of the rent ($664 each). The internet is approximately $81/month and hydro varies (but is typically around from around $75 to $100ish). I’m looking to split this 50/50! :)

I’m a 30-year-old educator and have been living in this apartment for seven years now. I’m quite a homebody, and I don’t drink, smoke, or party. I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy my space, but I don’t want to be strangers!

I’m hoping to find someone who also values keeping common spaces clean. Things don’t have to be spotless and dishes soaking in the sink are fine! I just don’t want either of us to be cleaning up after the other like a parent, you know?
