Bridgeland/Renfrew location very close to central. you can see downtown from the balcony :) there is a park across the street and walking distance to lots of bars, resturants, shopping, grocery, etc.
you will have your own room, bathroom, underground parking stall (also available street parking if you’d like), internet, electricity, heat, water, all included for $1000/mnth.
a newer building & renovated space. also includes in suite laundry. building has a gym on site as well that is available. the unit is available as soon as possible. & the lease is signed until June 1.
About the roomies
I’m a 24yr old female, i have a full time job at a bar, looking for someone very trusting to share my space with. I have 2 cats that are very friendly and very clean. ♡ I keep the space tidy and cozy.
