Steps to Hess village and Jackson square, 15 minute walk to Locke st and downtown. 15 minute bus ride to McMaster. Private room with closet. Furnish your own room, otherwise fully furnished with eclectic, artsy, bohemian vibe. Open to a bit of cool new decor.

My two cats (Kobee and Milo) and I (30 years old, student at McMaster majoring in Fine Arts). The bedroom faces the main road and Hess village so it can be loud, especially on the weekend. So, if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, fantastic location and quiet neighbours. Cannabis friendly, so must be ok with aromas on a fairly regular basis (no smoking inside, but private deck and front courtyard available).
