I have a smaller room that will be available, in a multi unit house. Each room has its own lock. It is shared living arrangement bwith shared bathrooms, and a shared kitchen.

Everyone is pretty decent. In a shared living arrangement like that, people have to be able to get along We are looking for a respectful and clean roommate for our shared accommodation. Close to grocery store, recreation centre, parks,shopping and bus routes. All rooms are private. The home is well kept and recently renovated. We have a beautiful back yard that is always enjoyable for household residents. We are a cannabis friendly home. We do not want or allow chemical users. We have house rules that we expect everyone to follow all based on common curiosity.
