have 1 bedroom in a 2bed/2bath available immediately! It is in Bridge @ Bridgeland (950 McPherson Square NE). Monthly rent is $1200 including shared utilities and storage locker space. The room comes furnished with a bed (sheets/pillowcases as well), bedside tables, lamps, and closet space. You will also have your own bathroom with a tub (which I may occasionally ask to use Dx). The building (Bridge at Bridgeland) is new and has a wonderful website with lots of pictures and details on its amenities. The suite is located on the 4th floor.
