From Oct 1 - Aug 2023 $800 + Hydro Move in on October 1st First and Last month’s rent required + key deposit of $250 upon MOVE-IN. (I will not collect any money from you until you move in with us).
*The den has no bed. there’s a barn door for privacy. You have to provide your own furniture/bed.
