Unique situation for the perfect Roomie. You’ll have the house to yourself for the majority of the year in exchange for some yard maintenance. Offering one bedroom in a 3 bdr bungalow on a quiet street, with one full bathroom, patio, full equipped kitchen, laundry, living room with TV. All utilities included. Bedroom is furnished with new queen bed, closet, desk & dresser, wifi. Located in the midtown area of Chilliwack, so walkable to everything. Parking space is available for your car.

I’m looking for a specific fit. This situation requires a trustworthy and respectful individual. Someone willing to do maintenance when I’m abroad. i.e. garden watered, mail collected, trash out, lawn cut, snow shoveling. You should be fully employed, or a student who needs a quiet, clean place to study/live. No sleepovers, smoking, hoarders/packrats, and definitely no house parties.
